Harvest Hills Community Development District
Harvest Hills Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on March 8, 2023 by the Board of County Commissioners, Pasco County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2023-08 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
Harvest Hills CDD encompasses an area of approximately 553.135 acres entirely within unincorporated Pasco County, Florida. The land within the District is generally located south of Clinton Avenue Extension, west of Prospect Road, east of Curley Road and north of Kiefer Road. Harvest Hills CDD expects to plan establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain additional systems and facilities.

Harvest Hills Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on March 8, 2023 by the Board of County Commissioners, Pasco County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2023-08 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities. The District may also exercise the special powers set forth in Sections 190.012(1), (3) and (4) as well as the special powers for parks and recreation services and facilities and security services and facilities, pursuant to Sections 190.012(2)(a) and 190.012(2)(d), Florida Statutes.
